who are the minute men?

i kept hearing about them during the whole immigration thing and i still dont know who they are

The Minutemen are a group of FED Up AMERICANS. Sick and tired of our borders being overrun with Illegal Immigrants. There All volunteers consisting of Retired Military, Police, Fed Agents, and just average Joes wanting to make a difference. There are actually Several groups calling themselves Minutemen ALL pretty much have the same Goal SECURE OUR BORDERS. They do monitor border areas and report Illegal activity to the Border patrol. There also attempting to Picket businesses that Hire Illegals. There also attempting to start building a fence along our southern border.

They are a volunteer group that go down and polices the border between the US and Mexico. From what i hear their actions have been exemplary. Meaning they do not use violence but give mexicans comming arcoss food and water until the Border agents can come and take them back across.

They are currently helping build a fense i believe somewhere in New Mexico or california area

The Project has expanded to include the United States-Canada border as well. [2] The name comes from the minutemen who fought in the American Revolution. The group's principal director is Jim Gilchrist, with Chris Simcox serving as spokesman. It describes itself as "a citizens' Neighborhood Watch on our border".

It's interesting to note that the left wing liberals screamed bloody nurder about the minutemen claiming they were just a bunch of
