If kitty is still stuffed up he might not have much sense of smell, and cat's don't tend to eat what they can't smell. It may be that simple.
Even if it's simple, it's serious. A few days without eating, or a week without eating very much, and trigger hepatic lipidosis, a fatal liver condition. It's treatable, but the treatment usually involves inserting a feeding tube and tube feeding the kitty several time a day for up to six weeks! This is a major hassle for you and your cat! (Not to mention the cost of two surgical procedures, one to insert the tube and one to remove it.)
You must get kitty to eat. As long as he's eating a little bit, get some Hills a/d from your vet. It's a special prescription food that's nutritionally extremely dense; eating some of it is like eating three times as much regular food. It also has a smell and taste that most cats find irresistible, especially if warmed slightly in a microwave.
Failing that, you might fall back on the ultimate weapon against feline anorexia: Fancy Feast! Most cats simply cannot resist Fancy Feast! Get a variety of flavors and you're almost certain to find some that your kitty will eat.
You have to get kitty eating quickly. He's already been eating lightly long enough to worry about liver damage.

Chances are his nose isn't working quite right yet, or he may have a sore throat. He could also be reacting to the antibiotics. Try some tuna cat food, or, just to see if he wants attention try a small piece of chicken. If he eats the chicken give him the cat food. If you only feed dry a couple cans for a few days won't hurt him. He will snap back pretty soon.
Cudo's to you for taking him to the vet. If he doesn't get his appetite back by Monday I would call the vet and ask for some professional advice.
Good luck.

Very stinky wet food. Even if you put it a couple of seconds on the microwave to get it stinkier. Fancy cat food of lamb, shrimp or cod is great (super smelly). If your cat can´t smell it he won´t eat it. Also, tell the vet. Not eating is not normal.

Your cat needs to eat a little every day. He probably can't smell his food and that is important to cats.
Get some canned cat food and finger feed your cat. If you still can't get him to eat smear a little just inside his mouth and around his lips.
He must eat! If this doesn't work you must take him to the vet this weekend.

He's probably still feeling icky. Let him have all the water he wants. And I agree with Rachel that wet food is worth a shot.
Good luck!

You did not say what type of food you had been giving the kittie.. Is it dry food or canned food? If it was strictly dry food.. try giving it canned food for a while.. or.... dry food with cat food mixed

What did the vet tell you to do. Antibiotics mess up their digestive system. Call the vet back.
