I already uninstalled the Adobe Flash Player, but I still can't install the latest Adobe Flash Player. What should I do?

Are you sure that you have that right version? You're talking about the free Adobe Shockwave Flash player, right? It's here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

Which gold bar are you talking about? Did you click on the Active X Control popup bar beneath your Internet Explorer bar when you hit "Download"? You need to install the Active X control first in order to be able to download the software.

If you haven't got this far, hopefully the above instruction will help. If you have gotten this far, add more details and let me know exactly what the problem is--especially what the gold bar is, and when it appears--and I can try to help you more.

*** If by "the gold bar" you're talking about the Active X bar, what you need to do is click it and then click "Install Active X control." Then wait a minute for the pop-up, then click "Install." Your software will download.
