Of course he can love you, but a huge ring is just a status symbol. You will truely get to know him and if he loves you when you are in an imperfect situation together. Like somewhere that would upset most people.... bad service somewhere, stuck in traffic, car breakes down.... Take the romance away and the romantic situations and find out about eachother in real situations. And always.... listen to your heart. Do you love him? Maybe you don't and that's why you are questioning his love? Anyway, life's an adventure. Enjoy the ride!

You cant know someone well enough to LOVE them like that after 2 months. He/you may be in love with the others looks, place she/he is in their life right now, etc. But to get to know that core person who doesnt change, takes longer to get a good sense of after only 2 months. Slow it down. If you are still together after a year of getting to know each other, I think that is a better indicator of love.

Be honest with him and say you know he loves you but you want a bigger ring because you want people to notice you are married. Go in on the price together and get what you plan on wearing for the rest of your life. Marriage is about 2 people....all decisions should involve both parties.

The size of the ring has NOTHING to do with his love. My first fiance gave me a $15,000 engagement ring and left me 2 months later. Only you know if he really loves you...

Sure he could love you. But it's rare in such a short time span, unless you've known each other for some time & you've just started dating.
I would be rather wary of someone who would behave this way. Apparently you're seeing the red flags, too. Approach with extreme caution. Something's not quite right, here.

Is it real? doesn't matter anyways that has nothing to do with it, unless your materialistic.
Does he really love you after 2 months, I say no a person doesn't know enough about you yet to say he truly loves you. Have a long engagement to find out for sure.

The ring size is no indicator if the guys loves your or if the marrage will last. You need to figure out if this is someone you want to stay with forever. If so, don't worry about the time.

Rings and words are only window dressing. Love is caring for someone when they have terrible diarrhea or when they are puking non stop. Love is helping someone through a tragedy. Love is caring even when your mate is fat and old and wrinkled. You have a lot to learn about love.

Don't decide to marry a man because he gives you a huge ring and butters you up with the sweetest words he could say.
IF it's right, YOU WILL KNOW.
Good luck.

...as the granddaughter of a jeweler, my grandmother once told me, "...it is not the size of the diamond that is important, but rather the size of the love and respect that you had been receiving prior to getting your ring..."
