I totally do. Because if you really look around you today and get these deep senses of being some place before you have never been in this current life. I think that is a total peek into where you have been and are going. Also I believe that a person's soul evolves over time, so with each time we come back we are either a better form of our previous selves or we are much worse.

Yes there is a past life and a future life, "the science of reincarnation" is a "must read" book regarding this important topic, as eternal spirit souls we are transmigrating from one material body to another, the type of body we are currently "driving around" has been awarded to us due to activities and desires performed and conceived in the previous life.
We are born into a particular situation, with a certain type of body, a certain family, a certain country etc, so we are "reaping" so many things just by being born, so if we accept the philosophy of "as you sow, so you shall reap", then the question must be asked, when did I sow or perform activities that I am reaping the reactions from just by taking birth, it only becomes comprehensable if you accept that there is a past life.
In this current life, we often experience intuitive realisation when meeting someone or being in a particular relationship or circumstance, that we have interacted with before, this is called Deja Vu.
There is also a process which we can uncover details of a previous life by regression therapy, the spirit soul has a gross material body and a subtle material body, the subtle body or astral body consists of mind, intelligence and ego. Due to attachments created and developed in the previous life, these memories are minimised to allow the soul to continue on, in the newly acquired body, however through regressional therapy the mind will unlock these memories, which has been done many times with astounding results experienced, even by skeptics, which is another area well worth exploring.
The final journey for the conditioned soul is not to be reborn into another material body, this is for souls who desire to exist separately from the Supreme soul or God, this is their choice through individual freewill, the purpose of human life, where freewill is once again bestowed on the living entity, is to make the choice to live a spiritual life and return back home, back to Godhead or to live a worldly life by transmigrating from material body to material body that is granted to perfectly suit the mentality that is created by each individual.
In this age, the process to return to the spirtual world is very easy and sublime, it is everlasting and it is joyfully performed.

I do, but I don't believe that we can will ourselves into remembering when what you have is a completely different body, brain, and memory. It's like trying to remember someone elses past. You don't know what that person infront of you has been through because you're not inside their mind.

I don't really consider myself as a spiritual or religious person, but I know I have many of my past-lives living inside of me. From experience, they often resurface.

Past lives or "Reincarnation", literally "to be made flesh again".
I do believe. Jesus, for example, will 'live' again...

We are actually a constant.
It's the time and space that comes
and goes.
We all know who we are.
We never know where we are.
