i mean i excersize 30 minutes a day, have healthy meals. why am i still the same pounds as yesterday???

Because your replacing your fat with muscle. You probably look thinner and more toned so keep up the good work

I do an hour of cardio 5 days a week and other things on the other days. I eat healthy and I am lucky if I lose 2-3 pounds a week steadily. You might have to add more cardio, maybe you've plateaued. Don't expect to see a loss on the scale every day.

You're NOT going to lose pounds every single day! Did you think that you were going to drop a pound or 2 every day??
Keep eating healthy. Keep exercising. You will see results as time goes on.

Girl,

It takes time to loose weight. You wont see the numbers changing on the scale everyday. Weigh yourself once a week in the morning instead of every day, Keep track of your weight for every week in a notebook or whatever you wanna use. Im sure if you are exercising and eating right you wil gradually see the scale shifting to the lower digits. JUST dont weigh in every day, once a week, its more accurate. Also, Drink tons of water, it really speeds up the process of weight loss.

Are you talking about in just one day? If so, you aren't going to lose very much weight in the course of a day (if you lose anything that is) I've heard you can only lose up to 5 lbs a week, but who knows. Everyone's body is different.

yr probably not eating the right amounts an the right time etc... and maybe need to change the types of exercise you do. everyone is different when trying to lose weight you have to find something that caters to what yr body needs to do to lose. this article has some great weight loss and exercise programs that might help you better

Exercising and Healthy Meals are great ways to lose weight.It will probably take some time for you to start seeing results...You don't wanna lose weight at a very fast pace because you will most likely gain it back quickly. ;)

You should only weigh yourself once a week! Skip exercising once a week to give your body time to rest. Don't eat 2 hours before bedtime. Only drink diet soda, eat things made with splenda, and watch your portion sizes. You should have at least 2 servings of dairy a day. Watch your caffeine intake.

Well at least you spelled losing correctly.Do you seriously weigh yourself every day?I'm willing to bet you haven't always done that or weight wouldn't be an issue.It takes time to lose weight just like it took time for you to gain it.
