What is the difference between tribalisim and nationalisim>?

People only see things from one point of view -thiers- The reactions are instinctual -preservation you are different therefore a threat. The truth is your not fundementally different - but the tribe over there is still very scary to us the good people in the tribe over here. Now we have tribes that are multi millions of people and we still have that base thought in our heads

Look how long it took us to have a tribe that was more than a village ? The ability to acept the State Province over there are like us and are one of us took forever ...........a nation was formed now you want them to make the great leap into globalisim and so forth - thats gonna take some time - cause that tribe still scares us -

So far we have evolved from family (tribe of 2-20 people) to pack/village 20-80 and then city and then cities and now to nations - inter race and inter country and then inter continent are going to be a while longer

Why -no idea - how ? Only that we are still very primitive beings that get scared very easily and war is the only answer we know of for the most part. Sad huh?.

BEcause ppl are stubborn and ignorant. Racism has come a long way from longf ago. it is just the idea if being better than someone else. if people were to see that all people are equal then anyone would be able to become a hollyhood star actor/actress. (all the hollywood stars are beautiful and look like angels)

*The dislike of anything unlike themselves either for comfort reasons or an overwhelming amount of arrogance.

There are way too many reasons to list on a page. Even though these reasons have absolutely no validity to them, people choose to obey their stubborness and abide to the pointless, burning hatred inside of them that they have absolutely no reason to feel. It's only a sign of their own inmaturity and ignorance. I'm 14 and I know people who are over the hill and still haven't learned to accept and respect others as just people. Prejudice and descrimination will go on forever, because there will always be at least one person in the world with a corrupted mentality that allows them to blow differences out of proportion and transform it into racism. Even if the world was blind and colorless, people would find things they didn't like and seperate/segregate. It's the truth of the world, and I have faith that if we try, we can stop it.

Because we are, You can't tell me I'm not better then that guy down the street selling drugs, or the Mexican stealing gas out of the neighbors cars, Or the hooker standing on the corner, Is this Racism??? It took a long time to identify racism in my life, both external and internal, now with self discipline and others patience comes the better road. I mean we can all point a finger, but it takes guts to be open and not dismiss other people, and not be afraid that there is enough for everyone.

BECAUSE some groups of people have different values. Values that undermine neighborhoods, schools, parks, everything. Some groups values only involve their immediate gratification such as food, sex, entertainment, looks, travel, money. They are not interested in contributing to society but instead tear it down and expect others to build it back. Racism in itself does not exist. Discrimination against groups does exist.
