No... But are u a woman? If u are, u can say that u were having PMS. In America, a woman onced bought a car at impulse n later used the fact that she was having PMS(with the help of psychologists n specialists) n won the case in court. The court ordered the transaction to be called off n she didn't have to pay a single cent!!! Well, if u are a woman, maybe u can try it. Maybe it'll work for u too. But then again, that was in America!

Yes I have.
This is one of those life defining moments in time that will either build you into something better or break you. Usually when we do something extream as you have it is a result of outside pressures becoming to much to bare. In my situation I had just gone through a divorce. My job was the only thing I had control over, and in some warped way at that moment in time quitting made me feel like I was on top of the world.... For about an hour. Then the panic hit. I realized I had to go back and do one of the hardest things I would ever do, humble myself expose myself to the possibility of being hurt again. I told my employer what was happening in my life. I apologized for putting them in an awkward position and offered them my services again, if they would have me back. I was very blessed as they took me back and offered counselling, (which was very beneficial), To deal with my issues.
Its not easy but we all make mistakes. After all remember its our failures and how we handle them that make us who we are.
May God bless you in all your future endeavours.

yes I have...I quit on the spot at work...my boss was screaming at me and accusing me of something I didn't do..and I had proof I didn't...but he was the type boss that the customers were always right....I left for almost a year...and went back asking for a job..this is something I am good at and I loved what I did....I didn't give no story...I just went back asking if they were hiring...and he put me back on the schedule that following week...
If you were a good worker and quit for something you believe in and you was honest about it...you should not have any trouble getting your job back...sometimes people (bosses) make mistakes as well...and they regret what they did or wish they could have done things different...Guess we both needed time away to cool off....and over time he realized he was in the wrong. but if you was in the wrong and left on bad terms you may not have any luck...it all depends on your reputation...

It won't matter what you come up with because you've demonstrated you're capable of leaving at the drop of a hat, and they need someone they can rely on.
I *have* quit jobs and later regretted it. Chalk it up to one of those experiences you have to learn from and move on. In the future, think things through before taking action. Govern your impulses and emotions.
You *could* send a letter apologizing for your departure, saying you regret it, and if they have any trouble finding a replacement you'd like them to consider allowing you to come back. This shows them that you take responsibility for your actions and you're not putting them on the spot by asking for your job back.

Once. I told my boss that I have been out of work for the past 4 days due to the flu. My twin sister was suppose to call in for me since I also had laryngitis. Come to find out she's been imitating me. I asked him if my sister came in posing as me? He asked me if I was serious. I told him no but the other day I was having an off day and lost my temper. I apoligized for losing my temper. He gave me my job back.

No by the time I quit a job I have had enough. If you think it's worth it call up the boss and ask.
Next time don't be so quick to quit.

Yes, i did it years ago.
The stupid boss wrote me a registered letter to sack me the next day. Guess what i did.
I wrote back to demand for two months salary for not giving me the required notice. Damn bosses, they deserve it.

No. That's an impulsive act. You're better learning from your mistake and moving on to another job. Good luck to you.
