yell at him and squirt him with a squirt bottle, or you can put him in his carrier everytime he does it for 5 or 10 minutes, eventually he'll learn not to do that.

When I first got my cat he ran around and would intentionally knock anything and everything small enough off tables while I slept, I got up and put him in a room and went back to sleep, he never did it again. He also used to chase our little dog around and I put a stop to that too. And you can scold the cat differently than you scold the dog, mine is "CAT!", and both pets know I'm talking to the cat

There's not much you can do until kitty grows out of this stage. However you don't want her to turn into a grown up cat who terrorizes your dog so you need to try to nip it in the bud. Plus the dog could get mad one day and hurt her, and the poor dog really needs a break here. Every time she picks on your dog, firmly say, "NO" and remove her from the room the dog is in, or even put her in a pet carrier for a few minutes every time she does this. As she matures she will stop some of this behavior, my cat was a terror as a kitten, he broke so many things and killed a lot of my plants. But by the time he was 1 1/2, he would still play, but knew his limits and was much calmer.

Since I have always had cats and dogs I learned a trick you could try although it should have started as soon as you brought the kitten home. Is she doing it because she is afraid of the dog?
Pet the dog and then the cat to get the dog's scent on the cat and the cat's scent on the dog. Do this awhile every day until they feel they belong together.

I tell you, the dog will let the cat know when he has enough. Pets usually work things out.

Gee, sounds like you've got a real "Catenstein" ---funny! Getting her spayed should take care of that. It settles them right down. You might consider getting her declawed, 'tho then you'd have to keep her indoors and she could not defend herself. I would talk with her vet when you get her shots, if not before.

keep a water gun around and shoot her everytime she tries. or make a loud noise to scare her off. i have a kitten and she was very confrontational to my dog, so i just squirted her. it took time, but she got over it.

Buy a squirt gun and squirt her with water every time she attacks. Cats hate water and she will quickly learn to stop doing that. It will work.
