I wanted to complete start me PC over make it how I bought it. so i put windows XP cd in and start to install it, when it rebooted and went to the blue screen i choose to departition my hard drive but under the C:/ drive it said Start-up and I departitioned that too, i think that is what messed everything up. but yeah i departitioned that too, so now when i start my pc the Screen Says IBM(that is the company who makes it) and it never advances to any other screens and it doesn’t give me the opinion to hit F1 or F12 or anything.. Please help any input will be helpful.

You have to get into the bios and make sure your cd rom is set for first boot device. Ive seen f2- f10-f11-and delete one of those should get you into the bios on the boot hopefully then set cd rom to first boot device and put your disc in and reboot. I think you should be able to take it from there.
