It would appear that God should be very pleased with intolerance, cruelty and violence.
But to get away with it you must call it righteous indignation.

No!! God IS the highest form of flattery in its finest! We have to get our anger and judgement right with God because it does not please him one bit. Immitation being the highest form of flattery??
Who are you talking about immitating? We certainly are not immitating God and flattery is one that we shall NOT look for or expect in any way as our God is the one to have it all so there you go. Hope that helps your answer in what your searching for.

Unjustified? No, but there is such thing as "righteous indignation" and if someone has the right to be angry then that wont displease God. God gets angry and so does Jesus, we just have to watch for why, how, and what we do about it.
