Nothing's wrong with you!! You're just an introvert. You should embrace it! If this has always been the case, then it is not depression, or anything like that. You just find comfort it quite, tranquil settings! Me too. :D

theres nothng wrong with you. Sometimes people grow apart. But don't let fear keep you from experiencing life. Try taking a healthy risk. Theres a cool spoken word peice that comes to mind. It's called "everyones free to wear sunscreen." by Baz Luhrman. You should check it out. peace

Such a plea - I had to say something.
I can not help, I sure wish I could.
It may not be what you want to hear - but GO TO A PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED person to HELP you.
Start with your mother and dad. Then go to a religious person (Priest, etc) these people will guide you to a person that can help.
PLEASE DO NOT EAT, DRINK ANYTHING TO "HELP". AVOID MEDICATION FROM FRIENDS.
TRUST THAT YOUR PARENTS/FAMILY WANT THE BEST FOR YOU - AND ARE THERE TO HELP AND COMFORT!
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU.
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS THAT NEED ANSWERS.
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!

i dont like going out either , and even though the thought of it sounds good , i usually find a reason not to go
you do have to be careful though that you arent getting depressed ... are there other things you are worried about ?
if everything else is ok with you then dont worry about it too much

Nothing... you probably like your friends and find them interesting, just not things they want to go do. Try coming up with things that you'd like to do and invite them. If you want to stay home and chill by yourself, so what?

Are you lazy? Maybe shy? If you are in high school I can understand because those years you spend worried about what everyone else thinks about you. Trust me when all that is over you realize none of those people will be there and if you don't love yourself ...noone else will.

That's easy to answer.
You're better than them, and therefore have opinions of them that you have spoken about before, and are afraid they may know.
Be you, and go and enjoy yourself with your friends.
Many people like to know where they stand, so show them.
They will like you for it.

Perhaps you are in a funk. Perhaps you are having confidence issues. PErhaps you are experiencing some form of depression. Research this and perhaps you can ask your physician.
Life is too short -- take every opportunity you can!
