When I was 20, I was living with a 40 year old guy. We had some good times, no doubt. I don't think it's wrong or dirty. The only thing you need to consider is that he's already gone out and done his fair share of hell-raising. An age difference like that is much easier to overcome if you are older.

I don't know if it is dirty or not but it is not right. Especially a twenty year gap..15 is quite high. Most people that old already have a job and been through their career choices. You are just beginning to explore the careers available. You still have a lot of life to explore. Don't worry about being single or not finding the right one that you should settle for someone that old. Especially if he has kids its not worth the stay. Im pretty sure you could find someone that will treat you as good, and you won't be looked down upon by the society or your family.

Good Lord, YES! This is wrong. I was 21 and brought home a man who was 34. I hurt my family so much, but at the time didn't realize how wrong it was.
Once your relationship with this man is over, (once you become more emotionally attached he will be done with you) you will find yourself wondering why this man was unable to maintain a relationship with a woman of his own age. (There IS a reason, trust me)
You will also realize this man knows that at you age you're still naive, gullible and innocent about how a man can use you. (and he IS using you, trust me)
You will know that this man is using you for sex, to feed his own ego, to make him feel younger because he's afraid of getting older...many similar, but still very wrong reasons.
Meanwhile, while this older man is using his knowledge to push all your right buttons, you're missing out on a wonderful relationship you could be having with someone nearer your own age. Someone you can create new experiences with what life has to offer at the same emotional perspective...for all the right reasons.

I couldn't do it. At 21 you should still enjoying yourself and having fun with your peers, not someone who is the age of your father. If you were 31 and with a 59 year old, that's a lot better in my opinion as I think that your interests will be more alike. You also have to ask yourself what does a 49 year old want with a 21 year old? Think about it?!

I say he's a lucky guy. And I guess if you love him, that's cool. However, realistically I think it would be a good thing for you if you dated some young guys your own age for a change.
