my ranch chicken and Alfredo noodles

take boneless skinless chicken breast and coat with egg and cover with a mixture of crushed cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, and powdered ranch seasoning. Bake 1 hr on 350. Boil the type of noodle you like and add Alfredo sauce after drained.

my whole family loves this. as a matter of fact that's for supper tonight.

Not sure yet. Either a spinach omlet and whole wheat toast, or a vegetarian corn dog and some grilled veggies.

I eat meat but all of its frozen right now and I'm feeling lazy.
