This is a weird question, but I am a college student who parties. The other day I met someone at a party, and I went back to his place. I am still a virgin, and we just ended up making out and holding each other in bed (uh, why?). We also talked for hours, and then I fell asleep at his place. The next morning we talked for 2 hours, and then I left. He asked for my number before I left.

Is he actually going to call me or no? Is it normal to go over to someone's place and just talk for hours and make out, then hold each other and sleep? I knew he had a hard on at times, but he didn't grope me or anything. (He's also a virgin.) We have both only had 3 or less relationships in our lifetime, purely by choice. ( I have however, made out with other people at parties, but I've never gone home with them...)

So yeah:
1) Is this normal? To go over to someone's place to talk for hours, make out, and then hold each other and sleep?
2) Will he phone me?
3) Are we weird for not having sex?

Edit: By other day, I meant the day before yesterday. Also, I didn't get his number because....facebook? haha Plus we have mutual friends.

Also, we both go to an Ivy league university, which may explain why we're both virgins haha. But, the reason why I hesitated in getting his number is because he is extremely athletic. He does all kinds of sports, whereas I'm into music. I am in a band, etc. ...so it's somewhat opposite? Although I wouldn't mind just being friends.

There's nothing wrong with being a virgin. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I can't tell you if he'll phone you, but I can tell you you're not weird for not having sex. Maybe not usual, but you'll find that people tend to be jealous of those who remained virgins until marriage. It makes a big difference in the relationship when you don't have the ghosts of past sex partners in it.

I used to be at my BF's house and we'd sleep, but not have sex. We were both virgins when we married, it's been great. I would not trade the experience for anything else.

It is as normal as, two people who are afraid to take the next step , can be. If you two are not ready to go the distance that should be OK. Only time will tell if the phone will ring. I met a lady and we talked for hours, hugged, kissed, and held each other close. I felt that as it was the first time we met and I genuinely liked her and didn't want a one night stand, it didn't go any further. It was my choice and we still see each other now. Don't bother to ask me to kiss and tell.
I have on the other hand jumped into bed the first night and feel I lost out on something special.

IT is normal to not have sex , you are not weird by any means sometimes just talking with aguy is the best thing you could ever do for him. For all you know he is probably just as curious as to why you guys didn't go all the way. He is most likely still interested he did ask for your number right? And i don't know of any guy who will make out with someone they are not atracted to. AS far as calling any time soon , whats the hurry? let the guy breathe . And don't sweat it.

No, it's not weird but it's hard to tell if you'll hear from him or not. Give it a few days - if you don't hear in a couple more days, you very likely won't ever. Hopefully he'll call.

He may call you. I've done that before even though I wasn't a virgin.
It's not wierd.
