Tomorrow morning I am weighing myself to see which person in a group of three has lost the greatest amount of weight over the past five weeks. It's worth $225 ($75 each).

I've eaten right and exercised over that time and lost 15 pounds. Now I want to see if there are any last-minute tricks to make sure I show the best results on the scale.

Any serious suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Just if it's this once only... I wouldn't recommend this all the time, but work out tonight about 2 hrs after you eat dinner. Do not eat again until morning. Drink very little water in the morning. Wear light clothes. And Do Not eat any salt from now until the weigh in.

Congrats on the 15 lbs!

As a one time only "trick"...take a sauna* or steam bath. You'll lost lots of water weight. Just make sure you replace it the moment you step off the scale.

* Unless, of course, you're living in the United States where there are some major heat waves and you can sit in a closed vehicle that's been baking in the sun for a few hours.
