I'm not sure which ones you can do, but I can do one an my bed that begins at the top of my head and goes down to my toes. When I get there, I stretch back up, settle my head on my pillow just so, and go to sleep. That is pretty much the extent of whole-body stretches I can do. I'm too old and fat to do anything else.

I agree with Jan, however, I never go to that much trouble and have been an athelete for years. Basically, I put one foot in front of the other and bend one knee while keeping the other straight. I like to push against something while I do this to stretch my legs and arms. Then, I bend from side to side to stretch my back and stomach muscles.
