depends on how old the baby sitter is. ...

3 days a week, 12 hours a day... so thats 36 hours a week... hmm.... I would pay AT LEAST 4 bucks an hour... no more than 7... which would make the pay a little over 100

It depends on where you live, what the number and ages of your kids are determine how much care they will need (like babies need a lot!) and also, is the babysitter a teen, another mom or a professional? I'm a nanny with 20 years of experience in charlotte, nc and would charge you 150.00 per day. A friend of mine who is a mom herself with two girls keeps two kids that belong to another friend and charges her 10.00 an hour. (9 hours per= 90 bucks a day) The kids being alsep or awake doesn't affect the cost because you are paying for my time.

I think 150 but it depend on were you are from because I used to live in tn and it was cheap but now that i live in Ca it it way more. And they should also consider that after 9 or 10 he will be asleep so they should cut you a little slack.
