When a tooth begins to feel VERY loose, it is normally a sign of advanced gum disease. However, if a tooth suddenly becomes very loose, it may be a cracked root. In both cases, these teeth are ordinarily not savable. There is actually no way for you to “put the tooth back and bind to your gum again”. In your case, the filling had also come out and this means not only the tooth is very mobile, but also the tooth structure is becoming weak. In my opinion, the tooth is no good anymore so it really doesn’t matter if the tooth is in or out. So leave it alone and see you dentist soon
