Mainly meant for the women out there, what are your thoughts on promise rings? And under what circumstances would you accept a ring from a guy? I love my girlfriend and we both have commited to be together. I know we are young, Im almost 18 and she is about half a year younger, but we are almost out on our own, one more year of school. Like I said we have already made commitments to eachother that most people never would. Not sexually, we both believe in abstinence in that regard. Alright I'm getting off topic, is a promise ring something girls would be happy to recieve?

I was in the same position. give her the ring, she will like it, it only means what you let me mean. you can always give her another one later on to renew your promise.

A promise ring means alot to most girls. It would signify a commitment beyond just words but not as drastic as an engagement. One more step in the right direction. I couldnt imagine any girl not liking it.

yes it is ..If you are not quite ready to prapose marriage then a promise ring is a good way to show a girl your comittment and love for her for some It is alo a symbol that you would like to be married in your future. you need to think of something special to say and decide what this ring represents for you both and ask her if she accepts. I am sure she will be impressed and happy

This is wholly as much as you. I've obvious so much promise earrings within the $one hundred-$a million,000 variety. What sort does your female friend like? Most females like white gold, platinum, constant gold or silver. Yes, you'll be able to deliver it to her on her birthday. That might be candy. I might say you do not ask her father till you get to the engagement ring level. Best of success to you!

Like you said, you both are young and it is wise to be prudent and not make too many promises and have to back track on them. Remember that Life doesn't Guarantee any thing we do.

Take things one day at a time and enjoy life and make sure you listen to your gut feelings and go slow.

i think they are gay, and a waste of money. it's a woman's attempt to get as much money and jewlery out of your pocket as they possibly can before ripping your heart out of your chest and watching it slowly stop beating w/ a smile on their face and a penis in their butt. not your penis though b/c she always told you that she would never let you put it there b/c it hurt, but now it feels oh so good when it's his penis. good luck in your relationship.
