The same amount of pizza compared to the size of the BK meal.

I am wondering because my daughter will not eat much of anything else (I think it is a phase) and we are vegetarians, so no meat. I guess I do not want her to gain much weight during this phase and I want to try to keep her nutritionally healthy.

I would say neither of these choices is going to win you a health nut award.

However, the fries are going to kick it over in favor of the cheese pizza due to the starch and trans-fats. The frozen pizza most likely does have more in the way of preservatives, but your body doesn't metabolize them anyway (if mold and bacteria can't obtain sustenance from it, you can't either).

If you're concerned about the nutrition of your meal, stay away from processed foods (like either of your choices) in general. If you don't like meat, how about cheese or nuts or even tofu?

I would not take her to Burker King for one. Try subway or a healthier alternative. The frozen pizza is not any better at all than the cheeeseburger with no meat. You already know that so why not take her to Subway or make meals at home like salads or boneless skinless chicken and/or veggies or a veggie burger. Morning star makes a great veggie burger sold in frozen section at walmarts if you are vegan but your child still needs protein found in meats from another source. My son is 3 and wont even eat at burger king. That place is bad. Also you shouldnt have to have a separat meal if she is picky. Our rule is our son eats what we eat or he doesnt eat in most cases. We stretch it some but the child doesnt rule here you do and you make the choices for her not her. If you have to BK then try salads but no dressing as that all has animal fats in them even the fries! Good Luck hope this helps! I dont vote for pizza or cheeseburger. Both bad equally--

Actually, eliminating the meat from the BK meal makes it LESS healthy. The meat (and fat) slows the absorption of sugar into the blood stream. You need the protein. Take the pizza.

i would go with a frozen pizza for one. (small)

If you go to burger king, you'd be better off ordering burger and NO BUN, or fries. Try a side salad, no dressing (or fat free dressing)

You would have to define what you mean by healthy? Are you worried about fat, carbs, portion size or something else?

What do you consider healthy and why?
