What branches have adopted them?

They're not "Standard Issue" (standard meaning everybody gets one) but are available through GSA and other supply sources, and are becoming more and more prevalent in the service. most combat arms units do have a number of them. When I was in 2ACR (L) @ Ft. Polk LA, we had 2 "M-68" Reflex sites per Truck (3 man crew, gunners were left out but they had the (I wanna say) M105 site for the 240 B. or some thermal/IR site or another for larger weapons systems. I would have preferred the ACOG though... I

Yes and no. Most are procured commercially but TRIJICON's are issued depending on your MOS. Used by the Army, USMC and SEALs
