For the second time,Palm Bay police have used a new trespassing law to charge people it believes are illegal immigrants.Police have charged four men,Alfredo Camerena, Carlos Villalba,Jose Camerena,& Edgar Gonzalez, with trespassing in the United States. They were detained when no one could produce identification during a traffic stop for speeding.Officers say they were travelling 60 mph in a 45 mph zone.The men were taken to jail ,then turned over to the border patrol.Meanwhile the first two men arrested for trespassing in the U.S.in June, are still in the Brevard county jail{Florida}while the validity of their I.D.'s are disputed in court. They were arrested at the traffic stop, and taken to jail. Then, they were turned over to the US Border Patrol. If you drive a car in our country, you're required to have 2 things by law, one is your driver's license, and another is your proof of insurance. The fact that they had neither is pretty incriminating, and the least they'll be charged with is driving without a license, and if they have no other form of ID, then by all means ship em back home to wherever it is they're from. Enough of the stupidity, already.
