For the second time,Palm Bay police have used a new trespassing law to charge people it believes are illegal immigrants.Police have charged four men,Alfredo Camerena, Carlos Villalba,Jose Camerena,& Edgar Gonzalez, with trespassing in the United States. They were detained when no one could produce identification during a traffic stop for speeding.Officers say they were travelling 60 mph in a 45 mph zone.The men were taken to jail ,then turned over to the border patrol.Meanwhile the first two men arrested for trespassing in the U.S.in June, are still in the Brevard county jail{Florida}while the validity of their I.D.'s are disputed in court.
