Once or twice I passed by a very beautiful Muslim woman?

She was dressed very modestly and had a hijab on but her face was so incredibly beautiful that I had to stare because sometimes the hijab looks very flattering on a beautiful face.

now, I don't swing that way, I just appreciate beauty since I am an artist.
But since a sexual male might see her face, beautiful as it is, won't that entice him to feel sinful and sexual towards her, despite wearing her modest clothing and hijab or head scarf?

So then should all women cover their entire face like some Islamic laws uphold, or should only the really attractive ones cover their face?

Islamic law doesn't say a woman has to cover her face. Islamic law says that everything except her face and hands should be covered.

Men are going to be attracted to women regardless, even if all he encounters is her voice. I work in a call center and have a very lovely voice. Sometimes I've been flirted with, other times I've been told flat out "You have such a beautiful voice."

Since men are attracted to women, no matter how much or how little they cover, is it healthy to cover her up completely? Even if she does cover completely, what if the wind blows and you can see the outline of her leg beneath the burka? Certainly that would be a nice view for a man. When all a woman is showing are her eyes, this can still be very enticing to men. Speaking of voice, some mullas in Iran have said that women should speak with marbles in their mouths. No, this is unhealthy, she might choke.

If women cover their hair, they can still be attractive. If they cover everything but their eyes, they can still be attractive. Even if they cover everything, and a wind comes and outlines her leg, she can still be attractive. Even if she covers everything but speaks, her voice can still be attractive. Where does the covering stop?

Balance is the key. Modest dress is fine, I don't agree with over-covering. Men are going to be attracted no matter what, so it's useless to cover every part of a woman, even her voice. To some men, just that this shrouded, silent being is female can be enticing.

No, no. Not all Islamic countries are very extremist to where all the woman had to cover their whole face. In some Islamic Country like Malaysia, Brunnai Darrusalam, and Indonesia, they actually allow their women to show their faces. Only the difference is to these countries are that they have other religions such as Christianity, Budhism and Hinduism that they tolerate such things. Many people have the wrong impression that ALL Islamic women had to cover their face because their believe. In their holy book they are to cover their body parts that can lead man to temptation, watching just a face will not lead some one to temptation, because rarely are some one will think of having sex just looking at some one's face.
However, it is common that the Islamic countries in the middle east have their women to cover their faces because they live in a country that doesn't tolerate indecent behavior. While Islamic countries in Asia, though they strongly oppose to such behavior; some still tolerate their existence. Like in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia where they tolerate women that wears suits, t-shirts and some instances same sex relationships.
It is only that when the media, spread their propaganda that many Americans or westerners got the wrong idea, for the most part because they are only focusing one issue in one area. That is the reason why people have different out look on some of these countries because some of us believe that our living situation here in the western hemisphere should be an example to those countries. And some of these examples includes over spending, the widespread of un-marital sex, violence, and many others and some of us here in America are proud and call others savages, while if you have ever live with these people in these Islamic countries that actually tolerate other's behavior's they are more civil than us here in the states.
So, all in all, you have to understand three sides of the story; which is ours, their and the truth.

No, a man who has sex on his brains should get that looked into, it is non sense to cover up a woman so that men can be spared sin (i think that is what is being implied in the question), rather such men need to grow up and start treating women like people not like sex objects.

I know that they believe that a woman's hair is supposed to emits rays of light(or something) that causes men to sin.
By the way, I have noticed that many of the Muslim women have the most intense and beautiful eyes I have ever seen.
