give food stamps only for 1 kid, no welfare for more then 2 years, no house program to any body who don't have a job, can take 2 free help a same time, find da kids fathers & charge for da money our goverment give to feed their childrens, if a woman have more then one children & ask for more free money & help, put da kids on adoption, no free money for no US citizens.pay da money back in 3 years no welfare for da people can work & don't do.I think these way kill da dreams for a lot ilegalls & our country have fresh money.

Pancha. You got it, I was in Laredo Tx for business & da ppl have a lot a problems with da free takers, & I think already is a proposition from da chamber of comerce. Does that apply to all ppl,or just illegals?
Give them food,not a credit card.
You can't tell ppl how many kids they can have,and if they actually need it and have more than one kid they are all going to suffer.It would be inhumane.
I understand it'a already pretty hard to get welfare already(thats a good thing).
I agree,everyone should work.
Here in Texas they have strict laws that apply to child support.
You can't take children away from their parents because the family is poor.How many children they have is their choice.
Illegals don't qualify for government aid.

Maybe the money should be spent to teach stupid white people and tell them what is really going on in the world. Not everybody is using the system though many are, and some people work hard and still get no breaks because of stupid mess like that.

Parts of it: no welfare or housing for more than 2 years without showing proof of inability to work or inability to get a job; hunt down deadbeat parents; no welfare or other aid to illegals, ticket home only; mandatory job training for anyone on welfare who can work; and more day care centers to allow welfare recipients or low income to work.
