I bought and paid for my item about a month ago. After a couple of weeks of not receiving it, I filed a claim! I have a right to make an attempt to either retreive my item or money! Finally, I get the item yesterday but I didn't open it until this morning (a month, after my purchase)! I went online to delete my claims this morning and found two offensive replies by the seller on pay pal calling the entire thing "bullshit" and saying she was going to contact the DA for my "fradulent claim". Then I e-mail her letting her know, it's NOT bullshit, what's bullshit is her awful reaction! This is what I got back.

Bullshit? You filed a fraudulent complaint with a credit card company (paypal)...wouldn’t be funny if your kid just flopped over and had a stroke think for a second before you get yourself arrested) Go **** YOURSELF STRECH MARK LADDEN LATINO B**CH, have you no heart? When your child or sibling dies young you may re-think your word words are power lady. Ever read the bible?

What should I do? Report her?

2006-08-05 11:22:08 · update #1

It's in the religioun & spirituality question because she asked if I read the bible...I'm asking how should I deal with her?

I'm not religious and I don't know how to handle this in a manner she'd view as "Religious"...I was just attempting to retreive my item

Your complaint was legit. It took far too long to get an item that you paid for. If her auction didn't state that it might take longer to ship then then it should have been shipped in a reasonable amount of time.
Is she claiming something happened to her child and that is why she didn't ship? If so, Her excuse about her child may in fact be true, but at the same time, how are you to know especially when later she says Child OR sibling. That is the same thing everyone says when something happens and they don't ship. It is always a family crisis. Most sellers will email you first if something happens and they can't ship. You shouldn't have to go after them.
It is nothing you would get arrested for regardless. You got your item and withdrew the complaint. The seller is just trying to make her actions seem ok.
If I were you, I would just post feedback for her, contact ebay, block her from bidding on any of your auctions(retaliation bidding) and forget all about her.

I would certainly recommend you calm down thats no way to handle anything online. First off did you even communicate with the seller in the first place? Negative feedback looks very bad on ebay so I would of recommended not replying in such a manner. I would certainly recommend talking to paypal about her offense manner-however she might do the same now to. But I would of asked when she shippped it to begin with, check the manner of which she sent it and then waited. If she didnt send it then Opening a claim wasnt the problem here- its you and her. You could of filed the claim closed it- and got paypal to refund your money and if it arrived to you just shipped it back. I think you instigated this negative reaction on her part. Next time try to be more open minded. I waited a month to recieve payment for an item once. And I have 100% positive feedback.

Obviously, she has never read the bible herself. I've only had one problem with ebay, been buying from them for years. You need to pay attention to the seller's feedback before buying anything from them. All you can do is withdraw the complaint, though it wasn't fraudulent, she probably didn't even mail it till you filed the complaint, which you need to mention when withdrawing the complaint. Then leave really bad feedback about her ethics (in the bible, ethics are kinda important, so she must have skipped over those parts). I wouldn't contact her anymore, she's apparently mentally disturbed, that stuff about a kid flopping over is not exactly balanced thinking.

Also, send a copy of that email to both paypal and ebay customer service so they can deal with her. They don't want a bunch of whacko's scaring buyers away.

Absolutely report her. You may want to contact eBay and let them know you finally got her package, but also alert them to the extremely hostile tone of her "feedback" or e-mail. Her reaction is racist, ghastly and uncalled for. eBay does not allow language of that type on their network. The woman obviously has an anger problem. You have to file the "item not received" form in paypal like you did. If you wait more than 30 days to do it, you lose your money. There are no legal charges that can be filed when one is protecting their money when one doesn't receive what they paid for. She is a blow hard. Call eBay and block her from your email and never buy from her again.

Did you save the email? I hope you did, because you can report her to ebay, she is violating SOOO many rules, you have no idea. I once bought a book from a woman, had emailed her several times after the auction asking for her mailing address, she never ever got back to me. I filed a claim with ebay, and that same day, she filed a NPB against me. Then she emails me, threatening to eat my son or something or another. It was so crazy. Push come to shove, I finally mailed the payment off and got my book, but sheesh, what a psycho.

Sounds like she was having some personal issues. But I think you were justified in filing a claim if you hadn't received your item or any communication from her for a month. I would probably retract the claim - since it's been resolved - but definitely leave negative feedback and contact someone in customer service to see what other steps might be justified.

The handle of the sender must be on Paypal in the history area. do no longer forget that the handle that Ebay provides isn't constantly up as much as now with the handle listed on Paypal. with the aid of fact the transaction exchange into made with the aid of Paypal then Paypal covers the transactions and the shopper and vendor's strikes. Use the Paypal handle. What you ought to do is get the handle from Paypal. you ought to deliver it lower back and likewise request a signature from in basic terms the guy that bought you the object. shop evidence of signature. you are able to rather call Paypal on the telephone and communicate for my area and supply them the monitoring variety. you ought to stay with Paypal's policies precisely or they could freeze your account. shop data of each and every thing and forward all Ebay emails to your man or woman e mail account with the aid of fact i believe after a number of months Ebay quickly eliminates previous emails. If this guy or woman bought the object to you as an unique and you recieved a duplicate then the guy merchandising you the object misrepresented the object and you're entitled to an entire refund.

Forget it.

Don't repeal your claim though. . .words like those do not deserve to go unpunished.

Cut ties with her, and if the Police think that anything you did was so wrong, THEY'LL repeal your claim, and life will be just fine for you.

You have nothing to worry about on this.

Report her. She has broken a few of Ebay's rules regarding racist remarks. Get her barred from ebay, we don't need people like that on ebay.
