I have just entered a long distance relationship.
I live in Australia and she live in the US and I'm just wondering do they work out considering that I am younger than her, only by a year but still.......

Yes!! it can workout if you really want it too. I think long distance relationships work better, because it makes you want each other more and you will try harder. Your also less likely to get bored with the relationship and you will appreciate each other more. Trust is #1 issue and if you have that, then your off to great start!! We are talking about 2 honest individuals that are truly committed and love each other. Due to their current situations they choose to wait patiently when the time is right. Ask God to help you and he will see to it that you have this girl 4ever!!!

I have been in a long distance relationship for over 4 years, they can work, but it takes alot of patience, and work to survive! Best wishes!

they don't work I would say, from personal experience. It's a shame though - if you can, figure out if you bother really want it and move. Because otherwise it won't work, I pretty much gurantee it. 2 months is one thing, but take it above 6, and it will dwindle down fast. Sad to say.

Our son dated a Dutch girl for 3 yr with her in Nederlands & him in US. They are now married 3 yr & have a baby boy. Your age has nothing to do with it. Our daughter married a man 2 yr younger than her, now married 8 yrs.

Any relationship is hard, but a long distant relationship takes alot of work. It takes alot of trust and communication.

Yes they can work out if you keep the faith.My Fiance and I are in differnt states. he's in IL and i'm in TN here in the US.And our faith is keeping us going. so yes long distance relationships can work out. good luck

It will only work if you both luv each other. If there is doubt in your mind then your chances are slim. Have faith and a lot more hope!!
