i brush my teeth 3 times a day...so do i use mouthwash after brushing my teeth?

You should follow the directions on the mouthwash bottle.

I brush my teeth 3 times a day too but I only use mouth wash in the morning and at night

At least 2 times a day or after your done brushing!

My mouthwash is a mouthwash/fluoride rinse. I'm only to use it once a day. I would read what the directions recommend.

I use it everytime I brush my teeth...I think the back of most bottles say twice a day though.

Well if you do it once in the morning.
And the other at night it's ok.
But you should really read the bottle. Oh and uhhh don't rinse your mouth afterwords.

You should not need to use m/wash unless you eat acidic foods like kimshe, red onions, etc. Ask your partner/girlfriend for advice whether you need it or not.
