Not mental ward. It is not in your mind it is in your body. I would get some stress reduction and also get some medical help. Do you think if you went to a psychiatrist and talked about how stress was harming your body you could get some medical attention also? I think it is both. Your stress is hurting your body in my opinion. I think medical attention should have been given to you along with stress reduction. No it is not all mental now it is part because those a holes are antagonizing you. There is some stress now. Perhaps after you get rid of the stress the doctors created you can just get treated for your Gastro-Intenstial problems.

Go for psychiatric help and tell them what is going on and also try to get another medical doctor. No it is not all in your head. You are medically sick and a psychiatrist would tell you that you need medical attention. They cannot treat a GI problem. Perhaps they can get your medical or a medical doctor to listen to you. Tell them how upset and depressed or how you feel about your GI problems.

Time to find another doctor. There is an actual condition that you have described. My niece suffers from it as well. Her doctor merely labels it a nervous stomach, but anything stressful literally makes her sick to her stomach. First day of school, tests, new job, anything like that and she would be puking her guts up for days just stressing over it. It is not a mental illness. Find a doctor who will take you seriously.

Try eating a ph balanced diet. It'll help with the bile. And stop stressing! When you feel yourself getting stressed, think about something else. So something that distracts you from your worries, like go see a movie or read a book. Also - exercise more. When you body is tired from exercise you won't be as stressed.

It could be stress, or possibly a panic attack. Don't take that as a bad thing, mental health issues are very real and serious. Would it be possible to get a second opinion on this?
From personal experience, there are many things you can do to help yourself. Healthy eating, daily exercise and meditition all really help. It will take a few weeks, but if you perserve with it, it may really help.

I am sorry to say that it sounds like it is but I don't think the mental ward is where you need to go. Try eating disorder help it sounds more like an eating disorder than a stress thing.

If it is stress that is causing this, why don't you check out a stress management class. They might be able to help you learn to deal with your stress in a less physical way. Or you might try calling the county health department to see if they know of any classes/therapy that could help you. Good luck.

No - you are in a panic attack cycle. I used to have them too.

I used to talk downs to deal with the stress and panic. I dealt with the stomach nausea using acupressure. I got the motion sickness wrist bands. After doing the talk and wrist bands a few times - my body started to respond. I used both these techniques for years until I conquered my panic.

Good luck and you are not alone.

Stress can make you physically ill, but it is also a mental illness. There is no shame in that. I advise you to seek some professional help, no shame in that either, and counseling. It will do your mind and body good.

I definitely have a brother who has paranoid schizophrenia and that i will sympathize. one factor i hit upon myself reminding him continually is that he has schizophrenia, he's not schizophrenia. it is a topic he deals with regardless of if it does not and should not define him. That reported, God judges on the intents of our hearts. God knows our struggles. My brother has reported and achieved issues that are questionable. i don't have self assurance he's in charge for a lot of those issues. while some thing is previous our administration, we do the terrific we can. i've got self assurance, for the reason that we can't be suitable, God accepts our terrific. and anybody has doubts, psychological ailment or no. So if God have been keeping human beings in charge for doubting at cases, anybody could be accountable. i could additionally upload that God loves all human beings sufficient to wish us in heaven. there is not a man or woman on earth that He does not want with Him. He did not sacrifice His son for a go with few. Christ got here and died for all. i think of the two terrific issues on your buddy to do are to, first and ultimate, make specific he has a powerful therapist and psychiatrist. 2d of all, he must be honest with the two himself and with God. He can pour out those concerns in prayer. He can tell God he's feeling indignant and ask for help and succor. i understand i'm not plenty help. it is sort of one of those aspects which you in basic terms could desire to combat by way of your finished existence. It does not look honest. I in basic terms undergo in techniques that God reported "my techniques at the instant are not your techniques". I definitely have self assurance that sooner or later, we are going to understand each and everything. till then, we could desire to continually do exactly the terrific we can.
