She is about a week pregnant and I want to worm her for round worm, she is a little thin. Thank you for your help.

you can only de-worm a pregnant dog with a de-wormer called Pyrantel also known as Ne-max, and Strongid. this dewormer treats hookworms, roundworms, whipworms, spiroketes, and giardia. it's usually yellow and you can get it from your vet or a farm animal feed store.

Be safe and call ur vet about this because they may have some wormer that is safe for pregnant dogs. I have a neighbor that used over the counter wormer on her pregnant dog , the wormer said it was safe for pregnant dogs and it made the puppies still born, so just because the wormer says it is safe, does not mean it really is.

Check with your vet - she should have been wormed before breeding, but a worm infestation can definitely kill new born puppies.

Your must be wormed. It can endanger her puppies. Take her to vet soon.

Check your direction on wormers and there is some that is safe for pg dogs.

but seriously, talk to the vet and let the vet do it.
