Hi, I'm a mother of 2 living in eastern TN, would like to meet other moms in my area (I'm new here) So, go ahead and have a couple points and just leave me a little message on how I might be able to find more friends offline. Happy answering

I moved to a new town when my daughter was about a year old and was eager to meet other moms, too.

I recommend going to the library! Most libraries have age-appropriate story time sessions for children. I met a lot of mothers through the Toddler Time story session at my local library. Then, I asked the mothers I met about the activities they attended with their children and went to those places, too. I've made some great friends with moms at Kindermusik, Baby & Me classes, breastfeeding support group meetings, the local Children's Museum and at the park.

Motherhood is such a joy, but can make you feel a little isolated at times. I think you'll find there are a lot of mothers looking to befriend other moms with children of similar ages.

Good luck in your new town!
