First off there is no state that's says it's legal to marry a sibling or any other type of family member that's just plain gross. Think of the poor kids I had friends that did this and they had kids and all of them had died a few months after birth due to health problems cause of the incest..Think b4 you decide to marry a family member cause of the risks you really need to get a life and realize what the consequences are...

Okay, this has to be a joke, cuz this is like, the fourth or fifth question that I've read about getting involved with your relatives!!!! While I do believe that there are sick people like that in this world(and maybe even on Yahoo.com),just like The Jerry Springer Show where a lot of stuff is staged for television, some people are just trying to provoke responses and attention from people!!So MY response to them is this: GET A LIFE!!!! It's absolutely disgusting to even joke around about something like that.

None that I know of you will have to go to a foreign country. I know most states now allow second, third anc fourth cousins, but not nephews or nieces

If he is your blood nephew the answer is no, it would be incest!

i dont know if you are asking this for yourself or for someone elses sake, i really hope that it isnt for you because that is wrong. you are crossing the line with that, find a nice man that isnt related to you and have a happy life, and lots of deformity free children with him, i will say no more. good luck
