Mint is a natural stomach calmer and so is vanilla. Try to eat a little something like crackers or bread. Drink something fizzy like ginger ale or sprite. Sometimes pepto bismol does the opposite of what you want it to do. :-P Hope you feel better soon!

I suspect you mean 'What's BAD for a tummy ache' - try ginger or mint. They'll have you feeling right as rain in a jiffy.

If you are into hollistic try boiling ginger and water, drink the juice while it is hot. Or you could add sugar with it if you do not like the taste of the ginger. If it is serious then you need to see a doctor.

boil the kettle then let the water cool for a min and someone told me flat coke (coke with sugar in it) helps too!
hope your tummy ache goes away soon!

try eatin sumthin cold- ice cream or hot- soup
or use a hot watter bottle... u know- the rubber kind...
pudin hara is also good- thats an indian medicine
