If you own the house, all you need to do is present proof that you own the house, and that will usually be fine. You may just need a printout of your mortgage statement, or you may have to come up with the deed to your house or bill of sale. It should be with your original paperwork when you signed the mortgage, or you may have to contact your mortgage holder to get a copy.
Hope this helps!

If you are buying the house, you wouldn't have a lease. Are you making mortgage payments? If so you own the house, then who would your landlord be?

I don't understand someone who's buying a house can't figure that out.

If you are leasing, you should have had a copy of the lease after you signed it.....duh!

I found this one that covers pets. Doesn't look like anyone figured out you were planning on renting your house out. do a search for free lease agreement..you might include the word pets. my last landlord just wrote in I could have pets if I had carpets professionally cleaned when I left and she initialed it.

You shouldn't need this if you own the house.
