Why don't you stay away from him. If he is seriously threatening you physically and comes to your home, then you need to call the police. But otherwise just tell him to politely bug off.

Have you been living under a rock? since when is it against the law to talk to someone?
That's not harrassment, that's advice. Feel free to ignore it as it's not illegal. If it was I woulda had my mother in-law tossed away for life about 8 years ago.

The simplest answer would be to tell him to mind his own business and remind him that you have a mother and a father. Most of all learn to tune him out.
