Hi, I have this problem and I've had it for quit some time now, I'll start from the beggining. Also keep in mind that despite the symptoms I'm telling you abut today I am an average built healthy 19 year old male, caucasion if it matters.... Do not smoke, don't do drugs(but I smoked alot of pot in my younger high school days if that matters) rarely drink and only drink because it brings me some relief to my physical symptoms and I exercise regularly. All my symptoms include, mild anxiety and severe social anxiety and apathy. I have constant muscle/nerve twitches all over my body and you can see them moving, they are very rapid dont last for more than 2 minutes and usually under 1 min and I only notice them when I am at rest. These bother me very much because they happen ALL over my body ALL the time. I also have trouble urinating (this is embarassing) I can go fine and at usual intervals but when I'm done I have trouble emptying my bladder all the way. PLEASE HELP. Thanks.

I've also seen a couple nuerologists and other doctors but they dont do anything for me and pass it off as something normal. I hardly beleive this is normal wha do you think? Since I have no insurance right now they wont help me out at all being a broke full time college student.

I also had a head ct scan but they only scanned for tumors, ive also had blood work done and my thyroid and blood count are all normal which really drives me crazy because if they cant find anything i start to assume the worse.

trying to do any kind of self diagnosis feels impossible because there is so many disorders out there that have similar symptoms. I hope its nothing more than anxiety even though I feel i can control it alot better than I used to maybe its deeper. Also nerve problems seem to run on both sides of my family but I don't know of anything serious(like ms, parkinsons, etc...)

Honestly, I think you already diagnosed yourself. You have anxiety, which is a condition in and of itself. Chemicals in your brain and nervous system aren't functioning optimally. The twitching is common with anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation. Go see a psychiatrist. Not because you're a nut case, but because you have a treatable brain condition. Don't jump to conclusions that it is some debilitating disease either. That tendency is actually another symptom of anxiety!

I doubt highly that you have MS, this sounds like an anxiety disorder. I would talk to a psychiatrist if the neurologists say that you are healthy. It could also be a tic disorder; tourettes syndrome is the most well known, but requires both motor and vocal tics (not necessarily coprolalia/swearing). Generalized tics disorders are very common in the pediatric population - but again the neurologist should have picked up on this. You made just need an anxiolytic(anti-anxiety medication).

You are perfectly all right. This is happening due to intake of pot in the past. Try to find a job to occupy your time. Take one tablet each of MENTAT and HIMPLASIA (By Himalaya an Herbal Health Care company from India) twice a day and see the difference. Munch 50 raisins daily. Eat fruits and salad. Drink fruit juices. Send IM after you recover. Take care and be in good health.

When I was in nursing school many weird things happened to me.
Eye twitches muscle cramps abdominal pains, and allot more things including female problems.
I went to several Docs all said the same thing ( I'm under too much stress, lack of money, school, & kids) they put me on a mild anidepresant and most of my symptums whent away.
Not that thats what you need, but it helped me

Sounds like you need a head MRI. Could be MS, but can't really diagnose online without getting the full history and physical.

try to find a neurology center at a teaching hospital they usually have a residency clinic and base the price of the visit on your income. you will probably need to have some tests done which will cost you a great deal of money but it's better to be safe and poor than sorry and poor.
