Shes pretty and nice and were actually good friends but its not like im great looking and shes not the only one who things her boyfriend IS

If this is someone you really care about, continue to be a good friend and give her honest advice. If you show interest in someone else, who knows she may just realize she likes you more than 'just a friend' Good luck with it :)

I wouldn't wait for her but... if you really like her, remain her friend. In time you may find yourself either in a position for you two to become more OR liking another girl just as much or more as you do this one.
