my dog will bit a visitor if he's not familiar with them...but only if they try to pet him or pick him up...if they will just let him smell of them and let him do the contact, he's fine...so i tell everyone up front "don't try to pet him or pick him up" and everything is ok after he checks them out, but if that doesn't work for you, i would put your dog in a separate room when you have visitors or spank him with a newspaper when he acts aggressive.....
