This is anxiety unfortunately and you will need to talk to your gp with regards to the correct treatment and or counselling describe to him or her what you are feeling they may even suggest stress management or meditation rather than medication depending on how severe the bouts of anxiety are.

Yes I lived with it all my life, started when I was a child my mother used to tell me it was a blood sugar drop and to drink orange juice. It never helped, now that I'm older I know it is anxiety and panic attacks. I'm on medicine for, but only take meds. when I get real bad.

Yes i do..but i have learned to deal with it...i realized that i suffer from anxiety..but i cant take anti depressants...they affect me so bad in the wrong way that i am required to be lock up in an institution..so..to help yourself...you need to relax..take long deep breaths and calm down..another way to help yourself is natural remedies, i personally take 'Saint John's Wort' which is perscribed by anyone sane for anxiety..it doesnt mess around with the chemicals in your brain like an anti depressant would...it replaces things in your body and it calms you down very well..i highly recommend this..its worked perfectly for me..hope it helps!

Yes, I know that feeling but I would not worry to much. Usually it is related to stress and as somebody already mentioned you just need to try to calm yourself down. Try to find out what really bothers you and then you'll feel better.
