with it she says her right leg burns and feels like it numb.this is her second brace what should i do?

Take her to an orthopedic surgeon. She may have something in her bone structure pinching a nerve.

I also had a back brace and they can be very uncomforable and sometimes it did make my leg hurt but if you ajust the brace then it can help
I would ask the doctor to check it may not fit right for her.

If this is the rod system that uses padical hooks and laminar hooks to hold the rods in place, One of the hooks may be pressing against a nerve root going to the right leg.
Ask your Doctor to check it out.
