You can go to a store such as Staples and they should have a list of reccomended supplies. You're going to need much more than school supplies though, 8th grade is a tough year, and it's very difficult to focus on school work when you know you're going to be graduating middle school. Make sure you come in with determination and self-confidence that you can get through the year with good grades and in one piece. High school, here ya come!

In all of your big stores: eg Wal Mart, Office Max, Staples, there will be lists posted for each grade. Usually when you enroll or when a "back to school open house" takes place you will find out more. Our experience is the first week of school, the teacher(s) will let the students know everything they will need for the rest of the semester or year.

What up Roxy....so yeah since i like you and you laugh at my extremely hilarious jokes, I give you a little counsil. I am a middle-school teacher. Let's just say, don't waste your money on anything until after your first day of school. Your teachers will give you a list of supplies you need. But screw supplies. My best advice, is simply....be freindly to others. that's all.

It never hurts to be prepared. Let's see... note books/pads, a rule, sellotape, glue, pencils, pens, highlighters, stapler, staple pin remover, coloured pencils, a folder to hold all the paper, a hole-punch, reinforcements. You need to ask any older person you know, otherwise i think that's it.

When you go into your school, they will have lists of the things you need for your classes. At least, that's how they do it here in GA... of course, if you had a Meet and Greet, prior to the school's beginning, you would get it there.

Let me see...
What did I take?
LOTS of paper.
Pencil crayons for colour diagrams. Schools pencils always suck.
EXTRA pens and pencils.
Sturdy binder.
A place to put all of your stuff,
and a back pack never hurts.

Good luck!♥

On you'r first day, just take a péncil, paper. then they'll tell you, what books you'll be needing. It's a good thing always have with you a dictionary. Good Luck!!

How about you go and pick up a brain, you might just need that (Oh wait, nevermind. You won't need that until you get into your third year of college)
