Question #1: Do Christians believe Jews are the chosen people?
Answer: Most Christians do believe that Jews are the Chosen people. Others believe that they were the Chosen people but lost that status when they failed to recognize their awaited Messiah, Jesus the Christ. Then that honor defaulted to Christianity.
Question #2: Didn't Jews kill Jesus, according to Christianity?
Answer: 'Some Jews' conspired to have Jesus killed. Jews did not have the authority to execute anyone under Roman Law. So they brought the matter before the Romans and insisted that Jesus be executed by crucifixion for making 'himself out to be king.'
Let us remember and never forget that it is wrong to collectively blame the Jews for the crimes of a few. In any case the execution by nature was Roman, and it was Romans who nailed Jesus to the Cross.
However, Pontius Pilate did order that water be brought to him and he publicly washed his hands stating that he was not guilty of the death of an innocent man. Those Jews who conspired against Jesus then proclaimed that it would 'fall on their heads and on their children's heads.'
Pontius Pilate then order a sign be hung over the Cross of Christ proclaiming in Latin, Hebrew and Greek: Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews.
To this the same group of Jews who conspired against Jesus complained, "Write instead that He said He was King..."
Pontius Pilate then replied with those famous, poignant, so true words: "What I have written, IS written."

These are two different questions.
Are the Jews the chosen people? Yes, they were chosen to be the line to bring the Christ. Are they unconditionally chosen to eternal salvation? No (Romans 10:1-2).
Did the Jews kill Jesus? Yes (Matthew 27:25). Did the Gentiles kill Jesus? Yes (Matthew 27:35).
There are neither special promises nor special curses to the Jewish people today. Just like anybody else, they need to hear and obey the gospel.

True Christians love the Jews because their beloved Messiah was born a Jew. The Jews have been God's chosen people since the days of Adam.

The Bible says that the Jews are God's chosen people. They were chosen to bring the Messiah, Jesus, into the world. Had He not been killed, I could not have been cleansed of my sins and become a recipient of God's grace. Everything that happened to Jesus was according to The Father's plan to have a perfect sacrifice for sin. Nothing else would have worked.
Much Love!!

The Bible says all over it, that the Jews are God's chosen people. It's in the Old and New Testaments.
Right now they are partially blinded until the fullness of the Gentiles are brought into the kingdom, but they will again receive their sight and recognize that Jesus is their Messiah.
Yes the Jews delievered up Jesus to be cruicified, but it was really the sins of all mankind that nailed Jesus to that cross. So I don't blame the Jews, I blame me.
God loves the Jewish people and so do I, even though the New Testament says they are our enemies as far as the gospel is concerned, they are beloved because of the promises God made to their forefathers.
Those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed. I will bless Israel with my lips, my conversation, and with my support.
I look forward to the day they have their eyes opened, but I realize they are suffering so I can be saved. I thank them before they even realize what is happening to them on my behalf.

The Jews are GOD'S chosen people, no, wait a minute, I just read the Koran, the Muslims are GOD's chosen people,oh heck, someone just handed me the bible. OK, now I've got it. The Christians are GOD's chosen people. And that's final, yes? What's that Black Elk? Oh yeah, the Sioux are called 'The People", better than the white eyes, closer to GOD, well yes, I guess that does make the Indigenous people GOD's chosen people. Who said the Nazis were superior? The Aryan race? Pure men of GOD? Well I suppose that counts. Where were we? I Lost count.
GOD has no chosen people. GOD views earth like a satellite photo, no divisions.

Yes, Bible believing Christians believe that the Jewish nation is Gods chosen people. Actually, all of us put Christ on the cross. If you or I were in that crowd that day, we would have been yelling "Crucify Him!" just as the Jews did. We do not hate Jews or any other people group.

Yes the Jews are STILL Gods chosen people.
While the Jewish leaders did hold a trial of sorts (hidden and late at night) and found him guilty and worthy of death, it was against Roman law for them to put anyone to death. So they had to convince the Roman authority to execute him.
The actions of the Jewish leaders, in the end... killed Jesus. Did the Jewish leaders pick up the hammer to drive in the nails? No they did not. Yet it was by way of convincing the authorities to do so for them, that one could say yes they did.
Which is what we find in both the old and new testaments. Doubt that cleared it up for you but hopefully gave you a place to start if you are interested in the subject.
