You need plenty of lubrication and an actual desire to do it. Otherwise you'll end up hurt, both physically and emotionally. And no your hole doesn't stay big, your anus is a muscle and therfore stretches and tightens accordingly.

Did it once... It hurt her so it hasn't been done again... It's a lot of work to do in my opinion. I'd rather do the traditional method..
