It's Japanese, and you pronounce it "mook" as in "book." Mook has several meanings;

(1) Mook is an animated character for a kids TV program in Japan. He is a five-year-old yeti boy (abominable snowman) and was born in an island near the North Pole. Mook has a dinosaur friend named ガチャピン (gotcha-pin). You can see him in the website below.

That's not Urdu. Urdu uses the Arabic script. It looks more like Japanease, but as I know no Japanese, I can't be sure.
