How you prove something is true is by trying to prove it is wrong. This has been tried over and over. You can not prove evolution is false, However, it can be proven true to a point and more studies are needed to find the remainder of the links. The bible has no grounds to stand on at all. No proof at all that it is fact. Yet it can be addapted to anything you want. I read the bible and I just seen a story book nothing more. Why does eveny one take one line from the bible and flip 5 to 100 pages and try to connect it to something else to prove a point or to make it say what they want it to say.

I don't know what makes Fundamentamentalists tick and I am not too keen on people who think that they are 'better' because they are more progressive.

My own view (which anyone is welcome to disagree with) is that creation is not something that happened for six 'days' at the beginning of the world, it is something that happens continuously and needs sustaining with an energy which is what many people call God's love. It doesn't really matter what you call it. If you choose not to believe in a 'God' then you may call it the energy that keeps the Universe expanding, that keeps electrons in their orbits, that keeps every single thing looking the way it does and also manages genetic and chemical changes at every instant in every place. What we call chaos, death, destruction, decay and so on are simply rearramgements of matter and are a part of creation.

As I say, it doesn't matter what you call it. For some people it is more convenient and understandable to say that 'God does it' and there is nothing wrong in that ... it is simply a matter of framing a truth in a way that we humans are able to comprehend.

There isn't anything that supports evolution. What about the Big Bang ?? The Bible says in the beginning that God created.... This shows a starting place as well as time.

The leadership of this movement has designed "Intelligent Design" as a means of discrediting science. As in the Middle Ages, Christian leaders will have a tighter hold on the population by propagating a belief system consistent with their need for control.

Those who accept this dogma probably do so because it allays their personal insecurities. They become part of the group. Safety in numbers and less personal accountability.

well, think of this. the planets are in synch with one another. even the tiniest mistake, and the whole universe could go to pieces. God is keeping everything moving along perfectly. there must be a High Being than us. He is God. the One and Only!

Because they have yet to realize that evolution is the natural growth process of the planet we live on...a living organism in it's own right...and that although God created that which is, this process is perfect, serves its purpose--a place for our spirit Selfs to come to, create experiences in, and move on from...until it too, passes on.

To begin to accept the idea of evolution would make one have to question the belief they hold because you would then have conflicting information. If one ignores evolution they have nothing that conflicts with their beliefs.

People who are not Christians do not believe the things of God because in order to do so they must have God's spirit within.I don't want to try to prove it to you for that reason. It would be a futile task because you closed your heart to Gods truth.I will be praying for you though.

You can't prove the "theory" of evolution , either, goober. You have a lot of disjointed parts , superstition and guesswork that you call science.
