Think in 1/3rds, divide you room in to 3rds left to right, front to rear. Front and rear should ideally be on the 1/3 lines. The side speakers should be on the 2/3rd line from the front (1/3 from the rear).
So with your dimensions The mid point of the fronts and rears should be about 4' 4" from the sides. Obviously if your TV is to wide then the fronts will have to be wider. The mid point of the side speakers should be about 13'4" from the front wall, by coincidence that would put them about mid way between your two rows of seating.

if 3rds don't work move to 5ths then 7ths then 9ths etc. The key is odd numbers. For example you could place the fronts and rears on the 2/7th and 5/7th line for a wider TV, or maybe a door or window obstruction.

hope that helps

your Side surround should be 4 or 5 feet from the back wall and the back surround should be no less than 2 feet apart and no more than 4. (This is my suggestion in order to get a great surr. experience)

B= lenght from your sofa to your front speaker
C= height of your celling
