i get really nervous when a boy askes me for my number or if he askes me out, i dont never no what to say and i go bright red! iv never kissed a boy because i never really date anyone, and i am worried if i kiss a boy i will go bright red then he will think i am a wimp! i cant stay calm and i always fidgit around people! what can i do?!?! please help me or i will never get a boyfriend and then if i do i wont be able to kiss him or stay calm like everyone else! help!

How old are you... its relavant...?
If young you are normal... and the guy should like seeing you blush and go all embarrased...He will think cool she likes me.
Maybe play wrestling would help... with the boy.
Trust me most guys will be feeling worse then you are... If fact girls have it easier as they reject guys for nothing... guys are easy going.
If you fidgit ask the boy to hold you tight as you figit when nervous like when a guy is going to kiss you, if thats whats likey to happen... The guy will like that... (gives him an excuse to hold and touch you)

here something that works for me. when a guy that you like walks by suck in your stumick. this will keep you from laughing. and if you want to talk to a guy write down what you are going to say, come back in an hour and go over what you wrote. read it all the way though as you plan to say it. the reason you bo this is soyou know it does not sound wierd.

i know i have the same problem, but how old are u, if ur still young, you dont need to worry u will grow out of it, and plus it will come naturally when u find someone u like, and if u dont think that will happen, talk to a friend(boy) and kinda practice with him, like challenge ur self to start a conversation with him and then progress but dont over talk, practice makes perfect

You sound quite young to me, and how i sounded when i hadn't kissed a guy. Don't worry it'll come with age, you'll look back and think how silly you were being.
If you don't feel comfortable with someone then don't do anything you don't feel like doing. ;-)

look you should think it is all a dream so were you don't get nerves of freak out SO think it is all a dream and you won't get freak out of what to do and maybe you should practice of kissing a boy like on your hand or on a mirror or a pillow

take deep breathes and just act normal. just like you were going to somewhere like a party. and dont be shy, its just a person. dont worry. if you dont want to kiss then say no.
