that is an ad hominem attack on Dr. Hovind. Ken Ham would be a second scientist.

Just because Dr. Hovind believes he should not have to pay taxes does not discount his scientific opinion. Dr Hovind earned a degree from college. Not purchased one. And being accused of and convicted are two differnt things. Even if he was guilty, that would not discount his view against evolution and the evidence he proposes.

Dr Hovind, paraphasing.....You honor evolutionists say that the best evidence they have is the fossil record as proof animals change to other animals.....Your honor, all the fossisl prove is that it is dead. It doesn't prove that it had kids nor kids or different kinds....In a court of law, evolution gets laughed out by a first year law student.
