In the UK it just means a person that's a bit wierd, but Im thinking in the US it means something different... any Americans explain?

Here in America freak can mean 2 different things. 1. like you said, a weirdo. 2. a person who is bold sexually or in their sexuality.
And last time I checked Americans are from the United States. lol.

Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl who's been to quite a few parties and when ppl tell me to "freak" I refuse because it is an overtly sexual form of dance performed in clubs and at highschool dances.
Other than that it could also mean to have a highly anxious response to something.

it still means that someone is a bit wierd, but if its a "freak in the bed" it means that they are very good sexually... or do some weird things in the bed. either way... the person is a bit weird...just... sometimes ppl like that..lol

naw, i think it meens the same thing. trust me im all american, but yeah. (dont look at my past, because im not 100%) german, indian, and scottish. but yeah, that waz the past.
